| This Email Policy explains the policy of Ingram Customer Systems Inc. ("INGRAM") regarding the use by INGRAM and Spring Arbor of information collected from EMAIL USERS who correspond with Ingram by EMAIL. User Information INGRAM can identify a USER in connection with its use of certain aspects of our EMAIL. For example, INGRAM may identify a USER with any email message that a USER sends to us. Upon a USER's request, INGRAM will (a) remove an USERs EMAIL address from INGRAM's EMAIL database, thereby canceling the USER's subscription to this newsletter; or (b) correct a USER's EMAIL information that the USER states is erroneous. Marketing and Use of Email Address Spring Arbor may internally use an USER's EMAIL information to improve Spring Arbor's marketing and promotional efforts, to improve the EMAIL content and/or layout, and to determine general marketplace information about EMAIL USERS. INGRAM and Spring Arbor do not sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise provide a USER's EMAIL information to any third party. Updates To This Policy If INGRAM decides to change or update this EMAIL Policy, it will post the changes so that the USER is always aware of what information INGRAM collects, how it uses that information, and under what circumstances INGRAM discloses it. INGRAM encourages each USER to review this policy from time to time so USERS will know if the Policy has been updated or amended. If you have any questions about the policy, please contact INGRAM at ics-techsupport@ingrambook.com. ®Copyright 2002 Ingram Book Group. All Rights Reserved. |
